After the official release of iOS 14 recently new update has been pushed to the iPhone users for iOS 14.0.1 the latest update by Apple. New addons and many new features were released in the latest update. Basically, when a new release comes up, expectations of users would be like bug fixes from the old version and could be some new features in this. But, iOS 14.0.1 has not seen the best of their launches.
This new updated version thought of resolving the previous issues, but the real fact was it has more issues with new updates like Wi-Fi, Battery, Widgets, Lag, Bluetooth, and more. On these issues, Apple has published a document on its website specifying the reasons and remedies but even that doesn't work out as well. The supported document has listed around 7 issues that users are facing after upgrading to iOS 14. Among those, 6 issues were related to health applications both in iPhone and WatchOS. The major problem all iPhone users are facing with Battery drain problem.
It is not only with the iPhone, it happens with the iPad and Apple Watch users as well. Beginning of an earlier version of iOS like iOS 13, iOS 12 has also faced the same issues. Here is a list of some of the major issues.
- Widgets: Widgets are the most focused part when iOS 14 was released. Because it has many features and bought a new look for the iPhone. But, now Widgets looks like unresponsive and there is a graphical issue as well.
- Wi-Fi: Connectivity was one of the major issues. Most of the users couldn't find the visibility of the devices when they try to connect to the Wi-Fi and also seems like the connection drops suddenly.
- Battery: Users are facing a big issue with the battery of the iPhone. It seems draining so fast as never before since the update.
- UI Lag: When users are working on their device, sometimes they are experiencing UI lag while using the keyboard and the input-wise.
- Fitness App: Route maps in the Fitness app seems to be missing when GPS is enabled in your Apple Watch.
- Data Load issue: While you use your Apple watch to monitor your Heart Rate, your daily activity. It seems that it is failing to launch or load the data on your apple watch
- Audio Levels Issue: While you connect your iPhone to your Apple Watch, some audio levels from headphones are missing in the Health Apple on iPhone.
- Search Issues: Spotlight Search is not able to find out the relevant information inside the downloaded application on your iPhone. Perhaps, trying to asks the users to find out over the web.
Well, if you look at the bugs in the latest update. For some devices downgrade to (iOS 14.0) option was closed. Among the devices, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices are no longer able to go back to iOS 14.0 or iOS 13. Apple stopped signing on iOS 14.0 and iOS 13.
