Read Aloud gives you an access to read an article of your google search results. When your context gets read, words are being highlighted on your mobile screen. Along with this you are also have an option of controlling options like Playback, Speech Speed settings and more. 

Translate Option allows you to translate it to the preferred language you are looking for. What ever the option you get it in Google Translate application, all those features will be available with this Translate Option in google Application. When you scroll up from the bottom of your screen while using the Google app you can see the options of these features.
