Samsung Galaxy Note 20 comes up with 6.7-inch while Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra comes up with 6.9-inch WQHD Display almost similar to Galaxy S20 and the edges of the phones looks like curves. But, it doesn't support 102Hz refresh rate at HD resolution. It is Full HD+ display, this gives it a fluid looks as your play games. Although, it will be unfair if we don't mention that the design treatment of the Note 20 Ultra camera module is much better thatn the Galaxy S Series phones. 

When it comes to the storage, they brings up with 12Gb of RAM which can be expandable upto 256GB which was not provided for expansion in Note 10. Processor remains same as Samsung Exynos 990 as earlier. The best part to concentrate on Galaxy Note 20 would be its S Pen. It also has 5 new gestures. S Pen brings up its latency to 9ms from 42ms.  Note 20 Ultra has upgraded to Snapdragon 865+, the fastest chipset.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a 108-megapixel main camera sat next to a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and 12-megapixel telephoto camera that supports upto 5X optical zoom. The Samsung Note20 Ultra can record 8K videos and also comes with the support for the Space Zoom features. But, it goes only upto 50X time.

Samsung Note20 Ultra has 4,500mAh Battery and Note 20 has 4,300mAh Battery. The phone wad downgraded 25W from 45Wof fast charging which was supported for previous S20 Ultra model.

A new features were also added to Note 20 & Note20 Ultra. Open-hand gestures to trigger photos where you can hold your arm and make the frame shot without having to retract and reset for every shot. Swiping anywhere on the viewfinder portion of the screen to flip between the front and rear cameras-to me, it acts like a big button.
